By using this website, creating an account, submitting a custom order request, approving a digital proof, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

About Smiles Unlimited Designs
Smiles Unlimited Designs creates customized and personalized items through engraving, full-color printing, sublimation, and other personalization methods.
Customers may provide their own ideas, artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other materials for use in creating customized items.
Certain items may also be available for purchase without customization.
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, requesting, or purchasing items and services from Smiles Unlimited Designs.
You agree not to use the website in a manner that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts, introduces malicious software, or otherwise violates applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates, or business purposes.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present our items accurately, including descriptions, photographs, colors, materials, dimensions, and available customization options.
Because computer and mobile displays vary, colors shown on the website may appear somewhat different from the actual item.
Natural materials such as wood, stone, slate, leatherette, resin, and similar materials may also contain normal variations in grain, texture, color, markings, or other characteristics.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
Customers may begin a custom order by submitting the Create Custom Order form or by contacting Smiles Unlimited Designs.
Submitting a custom order request does not by itself create a confirmed order or guarantee availability, pricing, or a completion date.
We will review the details submitted and may contact you if additional information is needed.
For custom orders, we may provide a quote, digital proof, payment request, or other order information before production begins.
An order is considered accepted when Smiles Unlimited Designs confirms the order and any required payment or approval has been received.
Digital Proofs
When a digital proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review it carefully before approval.
Please verify all details, including spelling, names, dates, wording, layout, placement, artwork, logos, colors, and other personalization details.
Approval of a digital proof indicates that you accept the design as shown and authorize Smiles Unlimited Designs to proceed with production.
Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Errors appearing exactly as approved on the digital proof are not considered production errors.
Customer-Supplied Artwork, Logos & Materials
When you provide artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, or other materials for customization, you represent that you own those materials or have permission to use and reproduce them for the requested purpose.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for the materials you submit.
Smiles Unlimited Designs may decline an order if we reasonably believe submitted materials may violate another person’s intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, applicable law, or our business policies.
Submitting artwork or other materials to us gives Smiles Unlimited Designs permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to prepare your proof and complete your order.
Ownership of customer-supplied artwork remains with its respective owner.
Artwork Quality
The quality of a finished customized item may depend on the quality and resolution of the artwork supplied.
We may contact you if artwork appears unsuitable for the requested customization method.
In some circumstances, adjustments may be necessary to prepare artwork for engraving, printing, or another production process.
Any significant changes affecting the appearance of the design will be reflected in the digital proof when a proof is provided.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Custom order pricing may vary depending on the item, quantity, personalization method, artwork requirements, materials, and other order details.
A price shown for a standard item does not necessarily represent the final price of a customized order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs may be added during checkout or included in a custom quote.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors.
If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment
Payment may be required in full or in part before production begins.
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We do not intentionally store your complete payment card number on our website.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected when required by law.
Tax amounts may be calculated based on the type of transaction and applicable billing or shipping information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change or cancellation if production has not yet begun.
Customized items may require artwork preparation, ordering or preparing materials, engraving, printing, sublimation, or other production work.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after work has begun.
Production & Turnaround Time
Turnaround time varies depending on the item, quantity, level of customization, material availability, and current production schedule.
Some custom orders can be completed in as little as approximately three business days when the necessary items are available.
Orders requiring additional sourcing or larger quantities may require more time.
Any estimated completion date is provided in good faith but is not a guarantee unless expressly agreed to in writing.
We will communicate with you if a significant unexpected delay affects your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders requiring shipment will be sent to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Smiles Unlimited Designs.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.
Please contact us if you believe an order has been lost or significantly delayed so we can assist with reviewing the shipment.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Customized and personalized items are generally final sale because they are created specifically for the customer.
